Observation

At the time of the site visit there was a box of small nails on the playground and accessible to the children and pose a choking hazard. At the time of the site visit there was a loose garden hose on the playground. At the time of the site visit there was a box of small nails on the playground, a wire plant cover with sharp pointed pieces sticking out, and an extra-large stick with a pointed/sharp end on the playground accessible to the children. At the time of the site visit there was a rusted bread pan and a bench with chipping paint on the playground that was accessible to the chidlren.
